Introduction

Welcome to the Skill Development Hub at QualifyRisera (domain qualifyrisera.com). These terms govern all interactions and engagements offered by QualifyRisera.

1. Services

QualifyRisera provides a range of skill development workshops, coaching sessions, and live training events (collectively "Services"). Scheduling and availability are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

1.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may request a new date by contacting QualifyRisera no later than seven days prior to the scheduled Service. We strive to accommodate such requests subject to trainer availability.

1.2 Refunds for Services

If a Service is canceled by QualifyRisera, a full refund of the payment amount will be issued via the original payment channel within fourteen days of cancellation. If a client cancels at least seven days before the Service start date, a full refund will be provided. Requests made less than seven days before the start date are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and trainer commitment.

2. Information Products

QualifyRisera offers digital courses, e-guides, and other downloadable resources ("Info Products"). Access is granted upon successful order processing.

2.1 Non-Refundable Nature

Info Products are non-refundable once download or streaming access has been granted, as digital delivery prevents reclamation. If access issues occur, clients may contact support for a replacement copy at no additional charge.

3. Goods

Physical materials, books, and related merchandise are sold via this platform ("Goods"). Shipping charges may apply.

3.1 Returns

Clients may return unused and undamaged Goods within thirty days of receipt. Clients must cover return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of returned Goods, QualifyRisera will issue a refund via the original payment channel within fourteen days.
